The title is: "ハートゴールドソウルシルバー"の3年前の物語, which can be translated as "What is 3 years (timeline) before Heart of gold and Perl.
The first sentence is "ハートゴールドソウルシルバー"の物語は2004年に発売されたゲームボイアドバンス用ソフト"ポケットモンスターファイアレッドリーフグリーン"の3年後の話です. This means that "The history of Heart of gold and Perl influenced by the things that have happened 3 years ago in Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green, which were published for the Game Boy Advance in 2004.
