I like the second. It seems that the sky more flowy. The first looks a little restraint can not be so easy to be pregnant.
I think the first looks a little more class - I do not want to be rude, but like the 2 (oliver isabella) is a beautiful dress, I can not help but believe that only creates the appearance of the wearer why they have become pregnant .. . and I do not think that a bride on her wedding day.
PS I am not trying to judge you - it's just my personal opinion about the clothes of a second - I've certainly nothing against a pregnant girlfriend. Do not be so sensitive to the 2nd costumes Ness (regardless of whether it's a maternity dress or not)
Personally, I love the second. Its just looking cute and romantic. You can use the hair as he wanted it like a veil. Dream is looking for and would be a great reminder to all guests love how are you, if you in this dress.

Many people have sex and become pregnant before marriage, and I assume it is the father (even if it does not matter) to get married and be responsible to do something. SO SHUT UP ABOUT IT! These styles are very different, IMO. The first is a very, hmm ... "Restless"? I think words like the classic blue-blood detail oriented, traditional. It is nice (although the image still weird)
But the second is, hmm, classic? It is Greek to me ... Floating like a dress or gown. I think words like classic, natural, high ... There is also a little glamorous (at least the pictures look so THT).
Are you a No. 1 or No. 2? How will you get pregnant (and do not want) to be found? The first example of dress is definitely out of his belly, if it what you want to view. The second is hidden a bit. Both are very nice. If you go a church wedding or a ballroom wedding with the first. If you go a wedding or a beach wedding or a wedding outside the country, with the latter.
