Need for our marriage, we keep our unity candle, holder of the church. How many candles are necessary, the unity candle and the right, then 2 smaller ones? two mothers?

The Catholic version of the "unity candle" is not like you here, you hear. And can vary from community to community, or even from one country to another, you should be the priest.
All you need is a candle lit two candles. We lit candles for the Easter candle. Our mother was not involved.
But if you want the mother would talk to the priest to see if you can hold a candle to your mother, use two candles in the Paschal candle, then to light a candle.
