Need Help From Doctor, Not Sure Of The Cause And Treatment, Unsure of the differential diagnosis? - baby fever treatment
After 3 weeks baby was taken after an accident with a history of 24 hours of fever, poor feeding, irritability, and an attack that took place immediately before reaching the victims. The baby was born prematurely (32 weeks) with very low birth weight. The patient was hospitalized. The blood is collected, lumbar puncture, and both samples were sent to the microbiology laboratory.
Not sure about the cause and how to use treatment. Please help, please help the differential diagnosis

I'm sure there are other causes, but most important are contagious. Basically, there was a reservoir - Check all fluids to treat infections with antibiotics until all cultures are negative. Our pediatricians often this amp / Ghent coverage. Infection is the easiest to handle, or are identified, and probably also the most dangerous and vile, it is first suspected.
