This is very important. A reported in the Department of Social Security? You can have major problems with identity theft, otherwise have, and credit.

As for payment, I agree it is unfair and it should allow you to decide as to receive or require a signature. That is, like all U.S. territory, however. Once you give something to the U.S. Postal Service is generally considered to be delivered. If you can prove you have sent your tax return, for example, which do not arrive on time, is not their fault. I want to ask some other people before you just accept that you are at twice, although pay.

Ok same thing happened to me. Go to your local USCIS local and ask what happened. I was sent to the wrong address, so it was returned to USCIS and destroyed. Months later, when I went to my local USCIS office to find out what I said. They had my current address, but a mistake that sent him to the last. All I had to do was ask for a replacement and wave the fee because it was his mistake. Two weeks later I had my green card. Good luck!

Probably just a flight of illegal documents.

Why do you want a green card at all? People flee from the United States, is not migrated. Why not try a free country?
